Free 3-month of invoice fee for first time registration (apply when customers pay 1 year).

Service fee

There are 2 options for customers

01. Initial set up fee is 1.500.000 VND  including

  • Fee for set up and system establishment
  • Fee for invoice sofware copyright
  • Fee for support of issue documents with tax authorities
  • Fee for instruction of using electronic invoices for Vietnamese or Korean employees (Perform via teamviewer or customers present at AMnote office)

02. Initial set up fee is 2.500.000 VND including

  • Fee for set up and system establishment
  • Fee for invoice sofware copyright
  • Fee for support of issue documents with tax authorities
  • Fee for instruction of using electronic invoices for Vietnamese And Korean employees (Perform via teamviewer or customers present at AMnote office)

Note:

Support fee of e-invoice issue documents to Tax Office for the next time is 1.000.000 VND

(Apply for customer using AM-Einvoice by quantity package, this fee is excluded instruction work)

Customers terminate contract for using electronic invoice

In case of using AM-Einvoice by monthly package, the annual electronic invoice payment has been completed but Customers want to terminate the contract (notify NC9 within 1 month in advance)

  1. Customer will be refunded 50% of the total value of the prepaid amount.

In case of using AM-Einvoice by quantity package

  1. No refund since Amnote are not able to revoke the invoice once it was issued.
